The Circle of Friends in the Sauna and Steam room~~

Ayan! Made a post na hindi seryoso! About sa buhay ko! hahaha :D at first time ko nagpost na dalwang beses. *note note*

Pumunta kami sa gym (Fitness First, Alabang) kanina, and I think sumobra ang workout ko - Cosmic ng 1 hour (Cosmic cycling, yung stationary na bicycle kaso group activity to and it's an advanced class! TOO advanced for me). And what's worse, I forgot to bring an extra shirt na pampalit. I was dripping wet sa Cosmic coz it was too hot in my place (I'll never go there again) and...advanced nga!

After the Cosmic, I had my PT (personal trainer) waiting downstairs. Guilty nga ako eh, I told him to come ng 9, i was late by 30 mins! hehe. E Free session pa naman un, last free PT session. Maan gusto ko ulit mag PT.

Sobrang nakakapagod un. Lifting weights, etc...and then after that I had body balance! parang mga yoga yoga thing, But it's kinda relaxing..hehe.

So yan. pagod na ko. So on to the circle of sauna and steam room friends! hehe

Ang dami kong nakikilala sa steam room at sauna! I have no idea why dun pa, in all the places. haha. So i met this guy named Mishael. Nice name. :P

We were talking about the relationship between science and spritual something! Connection of science and the church. He's good in speaking, but I only understood a little coz i can't understand his deep words :P

SO yun. boring no? haha. :D

Bukas na lang para aikido day! first time ata ako nasabihan ng very good ni sensei! hahahaha :D
